Shipments within the USA:
Orders placed by 1 pm ET (10am PT) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm ET (10am PT) are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will be shipped the next business day. During high volume periods (i.e. Christmas Holidays), ground shipments may be delayed 1 business day.
Free Ground Shipping is offered on all gifts shipped within the continental USA. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii include an additional fee due to air freight (Hawaii, Alaska).
Expedited Shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day), Fed Ex/UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & Fed Ex/UPS Next Day Air. (arrives the following business day) Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.
Shipments to Deployed Military addresses:
Shipments to Deployed Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) ship via the US Postal Service - Priority Mail. We include all required customs documentation.
Deployed Military orders ship within 1 business day from receipt of order.
Please check Deployed Military shipping addresses for accuracy! We do not issue refunds for packages returned to our facilities by the US Postal Service marked "Undeliverable". Providing a valid deployed Military shipping address with your order will prevent this from happening.
Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the following days. All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next operating business day.

Ground orders placed before 1 PM EST on 12/19/2017 are guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-3 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 1 PM EST on Tuesday 12/19/2017 are not guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing. We will continue to ship orders out in the order in which they were received and make every effort to ship every order we receive through Wednesday 12/20/2017 by 11 AM EST.
The deadline for guaranteed shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/15/2017 at 11 AM EST.
WHERE WE SHIP OUR GIFT BASKETS:
We offer delivery throughout the USA and Deployed US Military addresses.
During the summer months we do not recommend shipping Chocolate Gifts. We make note of these gift items on our website and we will make substitutions to ensure we are shipping products that will not melt. We do not issue refunds for melted chocolate regardless of the time of year.
At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design, color, or quality of the gift.
An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once the order has been shipped, and if you included your email address on the payment information form, you will immediately receive an email notification with a tracking number and tracking instructions so you can track your gift online. If you did not include you email address you may track the status of your order by going to or Tracking page (click on the link at the top of the page) and entering your order number.
CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Deployed Military Shipments:
We cannot make changes to Deployed Military shipping addresses after the package leaves our facility.
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes. However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, the parcel delivery company will attempt to make the correction and/or we will need to contact the parcel delivery company and attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $15.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error.
