GROUND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
Free Ground Shipping is offered on all gifts, except fresh fruit (all year) and select chocolate gifts (summer months). Fruit baskets must ship via 2-3 Day or Next Day Air. Select chocolates must be shipped via 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Air (summer months).
The appropriate shipping charges will be added
to any orders in which the free ground shipping is not selected.
All Gift Basket orders (except fresh fruit and
candy bouquets) placed by 2 pm EST (11am PST) are shipped the same day. All
orders placed after 2 pm EST (11am PST) are shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will be shipped the next
business day.
All Fruit Basket and Candy Bouquet orders
placed by 1 pm EST (10am PST) are shipped the same day, and all orders placed
after 1 pm EST (10am PST) are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on
Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
INFORMATION:
All orders shipped via free ground shipping
that are placed by Dec 17th,11am PST (2pm EST), except for delivery to the states of Alaska and
Hawaii, will probably arrive before Christmas. Although it is probable, it is
not guaranteed.
Fed Ex/UPS do not guarantee any packages to be
delivered before Christmas if shipped after Dec 6th. This means that there
will be no refunds or discounts for orders placed after this date.
EXPRESS SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES:
Other shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day),
Fed Ex/UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & Fed Ex/UPS Next Day Air.
(arrives the following business day) Additional charges will apply for these
shipping options.
WHERE WE SHIP OUR GIFT BASKETS:
We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within the
United States. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have higher rates.
We do offer a limited selection of gift basket that are available for shipment to APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or overseas (except Military APO & FPO addresses) - these destinations are too high risk, and we have experienced numerous incidents where the packages were either damaged, lost, or returned to us at great expense.
PERISHABLE ITEMS:
During the summer months, the shipping method for all our chocolate gift
baskets must be Next Day Air only. Although this is a more costly shipping
method, it is the only way to ensure that the chocolate won't melt.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets,
to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute of equal or
greater value, without compromising the theme, design, color, or quality of
the gift.
ENCLOSURE CARDS:
An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the message of
your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name, so the
recipient knows who the gift is from.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once the order has been shipped, and if you included your email address on the payment information form, you will immediately receive an email
notification with a tracking number and tracking instructions so you can track your gift online. If you did not include you email address you may track the status of your order by going to: http://www.giftbasketbounty.com/site/1327644/tracking and entering your Order Confirmation number.
CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please
notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to
make any necessary changes.
However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel
delivery company, the parcel delivery company will attempt to make the correction and/or we will need to contact the parcel delivery company and attempt to
reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $15.00 will be
charged to your credit card for this error.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs within 7 Days of receiving product. Please contact us,
customerservice@giftbasketbounty.com, within 7 days with any problems or concerns with your GiftBasketBounty.com products. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern.
APO/FPO (MILITARY) RETURNS/REFUNDS:
In most cases, Gift Basket Bounty will be filling and following up on any claims made with the U.S. Postal Service for packages shipped via APO or FPO. EXCEPTION:Shipments returned to us by the U.S. Postal Service for any reason other than returns autorized by Gift Basket Bounty are not eligible for any return credit including, but not limited to, the cost of the gift and the cost of shipping.
