Same Day Shipping
Orders received before 10:00AM Pacific Time weekdays are generally shipped the same business day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

Shipping & Delivery Policies
Carrier Rules and Regulations - We ship per each carrier’s rules and regulations and are bound to their policies. Once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Gift Basket Bounty nor are we liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Gift Basket Bounty has no control over a carrier’s actual delivery time or their decision if your location is considered "safe" to leave a package. If a delivery attempt has been made, the carrier will leave a notice which the recipient must follow. Gift Basket Bounty will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. If a package is returned for any reason without prior return authorization, no refund will be issued.

With the volume that any shipping carrier delivers on any given day throughout the world, there are some packages that simply do not reach their destination within the time-frame expected. It is very unfortunate when this happens however, we cannot provide a financial guarantee on another company’s performance. We trust you will understand.

We offer delivery throughout the U.S.A. and international addresses, including overseas U.S. Military (deployed/stationed) addresses (APO/DPO/FPO, AA/AE/AP).

Orders placed by 1 pm ET (10 am PT) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm ET (10 am PT) are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will be shipped the next business day.  During high volume periods (i.e. Christmas Holidays), ground shipments may be delayed 2 business days.

Free Ground Shipping is offered on all gifts shipped within the continental USA. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii include an additional fee due to air freight (Hawaii, Alaska).

Expedited Shipping methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day), Fed Ex/UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & Fed Ex/UPS Next Day Air. (arrives the following business day) Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.


Shipments to Overseas Deployed/Stationed Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) ship via the US Postal Service - Priority Mail. We include all required customs documentation.

Overseas Military orders usually ship within 1 business day from receipt of order. 

Please check Overseas Military shipping addresses for accuracy! We do not issue refunds for packages returned to our facilities by the US Postal Service marked "Undeliverable". Providing a valid Overseas Military shipping address with your order will prevent this from happening.


Your personalized gift message is printed and included within the packing slip packet. (Waterproof packet attached to the outside of the shipping box) 


We will package customer supplied printed material within the gift assembly; please contact our office to make the arrangements.


Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the following days. All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next operating business day.

During the summer months we do not recommend shipping Chocolate Gifts.  We make note of these gift items on our website and we will make substitutions to ensure we are shipping products that will not melt. We do not issue refunds for melted chocolate regardless of the time of year.


At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design, color, or quality of the gift.

PAYMENT: gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover issued by USA banks.


Once the order has been shipped, and if you included your email address on the payment information form, you will immediately receive an email notification with a tracking number and tracking instructions so you can track your gift online. If you did not include your email address you may track the status of your order by going to our Tracking Page (click on the link at the top of the page) and entering your order number.


Overseas Military Shipments:
We cannot make changes to Overseas Military shipping addresses after the package leaves our facility.

USA Shipments:
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes. However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, the parcel delivery company will attempt to make the correction and/or we will need to contact the parcel delivery company and attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $19.50 per package for Ground Shipments, $24.50 per package for Expedited Shipments, will be charged to your credit card.
