~ What Are The Most Common Issues/Complaints? ~
Shipments to Deployed Military addresses being returned to our facility marked as "Un-Deliverable Address". When this happens, we must destroy all perishable items and no refund is issued. Therefore it is vital, when an order is placed, the "Ship To Address" entered with your order is current and accurate...we cannot re-route shipments to Deployed Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), (AA/AE/AP).
If a shipment to a Deployed Military address is simply not delivered (lost) we are able to file a "Lost Package" claim with the US Postal Service and, when the claim is approved, a full refund is issued. The claims process can take 30-60 days to be approved and a refund issued.
